For Somlitouton, the 11-0 win was built on efficient, relentless attacking rather than possession alone: they had three corners, the same as Mindon-upon Town, but registered 24 shots to the visitors’ none. The score widened after the break, with six more goals arriving from 47' onward, and Barria added four of his five after half-time. Mindon-upon Town had no route back into the match once Somlitouton’s early lead became a steady succession of goals. The xG difference cautions against treating all eleven as an ordinary return from the chances created; the final score, however, needs no statistical assistance to establish the scale of the result.
