For all the possession and dribbling advantage, Evestes Park finished without a shot, while Somlitouton put ten of its 13 attempts on target and scored five. The contrast was not simply a matter of who had the ball, but of what each side made of it. Somlitouton’s finishing ran well ahead of its xG, yet the clean sheet and the visitors’ 0.01 xG leave little doubt about the scale of its control over the dangerous moments. A 5 - 0 scoreline is broad enough to make the final minutes feel administrative; Jose Castro still found time to add a final entry to the record.
