Expected Goals (xG) Analysis: Holburne City scored three from an xG of 3.58, a modest underperformance against the quality and number of chances created. Telkle United scored twice from 1.24 xG, finishing well above the estimate, with Walter Ferreira converting both of the visitors’ goals. The shot count, 16-6, and shots on target, 13-4, indicate that Holburne City repeatedly put the defence under pressure, while Telkle United made a smaller supply of opportunities count. Their 55% possession and 82% pass accuracy gave the hosts a platform to sustain that pressure; the visitors’ sharper-than-expected finishing kept the result in doubt until the closing stages.

• Holburne City
• Talla Tine (7.6) - Scored twice, including the goal that put Holburne City two ahead.
• Telkle United
• Walter Ferreira (7.6) - Scored both of Telkle United’s goals and gave the visitors a route back into the match.

The final score stayed 3-2, though the figures describe a contest in which Holburne City created much more and Telkle United made its chances count with striking efficiency. The hosts’ two-goal spell across half-time and the opening minutes after the break proved decisive. Ferreira’s second goal at 80 minutes brought the margin back to one, but the visitors’ four shots on target were not enough to erase the earlier deficit. Three corners apiece offered little separation; the difference was chiefly that Holburne City generated far more attempts, while Telkle United needed very few of theirs to trouble the scoreboard.
