Borthes Thistle 2 - 3 Fleywor

Borthes Thistle lost 2-3 to Fleywor after the visitors turned a one-goal half-time deficit into a two-goal lead, then had to withstand a late reply. The five-goal contest offered a compact lesson in the difference between making chances and making the afternoon comfortable: Fleywor did the first more often, but not quite the second.

Key Events:

38' Borthes Thistle Roberto Gomez scores, assisted by Sergei Razmadze
47' Fleywor Hans Peeters scores, assisted by Luis Valdes
49' Fleywor Ko Hamamoto scores, assisted by Tommy Gill
82' Fleywor Luis Valdes scores

The sequence after the interval was decisive. Hans Peeters levelled in the 47th minute, and Ko Hamamoto put Fleywor ahead two minutes later; after a first half in which Borthes Thistle had edged in front, the visitors had taken control without needing to dominate possession. Their 52% share was modest, but the 14 tackles and higher volume of shots suggest a side more consistently able to recover the ball and turn it into forward pressure.

The final two goals arrived close together, too, though in the reverse order of comfort. Luis Valdes made it 3-1 in the 82nd minute, only for Sergei Razmadze to answer two minutes later and leave the closing stretch alive. Fleywor had created the stronger body of chances and held on for a 3-2 win; Borthes Thistle made its limited opportunities count and ensured the visitors could not simply file the result away before the whistle.
