Pothwick’s response to the immediate equaliser was the decisive passage: Houben put the hosts back in front, and the side added a third before half-time. From there, the visitors were left with too much ground to make up against an attack producing chances at a rate the 4-1 scoreline duly reflected. The late goal from Carlos De Pina settled the final margin, while the four yellow cards arrived in the closing stretch of a match that had been decided well before the last one was shown.
