For Gring Town, the draw came after taking the lead and then recovering from a 2-1 deficit, with Nedžad Mahmutović’s 62nd-minute goal restoring parity. Scupon Park had the stronger underlying attacking numbers and twice moved in front, but neither the 14 shots nor the 3.07 xG produced a third goal. The hosts’ six attempts were fewer, yet enough to keep the match level; their 12 dribbles also exceeded the visitors’ eight, while the visitors recorded more tackles and committed more fouls. One yellow card apiece, and no red cards, kept the discipline ledger neat. In the end, Gring Town made better use of limited opportunities, Scupon Park created more of them, and Division 6 League 30 awarded each club a point rather than choosing between those competing versions of the match.
