It was a football journey with its own unique story, marked by moments of collective effort and a clear focus on building a solid foundation for the seasons ahead.

Despite a tough defensive record, with 46 goals conceded, Bursdale showed glimpses of potential and team spirit. The squad’s top players, including Phillip Lewis, Pedro Chagas, Nilson Pires, Willi Schneider, and Giuseppe Conte, contributed in various ways, emphasizing the collective effort rather than individual brilliance. This season was about laying the groundwork—learning, growing, and preparing for a more competitive future.

• Balanced record with 8 wins, 6 draws, and 8 losses
• Total goals scored: 29, showcasing attacking potential
• Defensive efforts improved at times despite conceding 46 goals
• Team cohesion evident in multiple players contributing across the board
• A season of steady progress and learning experiences

While no player registered goals or assists, the season’s standout figures were the team’s versatile contributors: Phillip Lewis, Pedro Chagas, Nilson Pires, Willi Schneider, and Giuseppe Conte. Their collective effort in supporting the team’s structure and morale was vital, embodying the spirit of a squad focused on development rather than individual accolades.

Bursdale’s defensive record needs attention, as conceding 46 goals indicates room for tightening up at the back. Additionally, increasing goal-scoring output would help convert more draws into wins and push the team higher up the table. Developing a more consistent attacking strategy and refining defensive organization should be priorities moving forward.

Bursdale’s season was characterized by steady progress and a clear focus on foundation-building. The team’s collective effort and resilience are promising signs for future seasons. However, to climb higher in the league standings, improvements in defense and attack are essential. With continued development and a focus on tactical refinement, Bursdale can look forward to a more successful campaign ahead.
